What was it like before working with Lisa and how are things different now?

I knew I had something special, over a decade of experience in this space and a real track record of results. But I couldn't figure out how to consistently reach the people who would value it most. I was relying entirely on referrals and past relationships, and when a project ended, I had nothing else in the pipeline. I kept looking for that quick hit of landing a new client, which meant I often ended up working with people who had the least ability to pay and frankly didn't get the most out of what I could offer.

I knew I had a marketing problem, but I didn't yet see that underneath it was also a strategy problem and a systems problem. I was burnt out from restarting from scratch every single time and keeping everything in my head with no real rhythm to any of it.
