While you’ll address each one of the six components at some point during your time in the program, which component you start with and how deep you dive into them will be specific to where you are with your messaging and marketing and where you want to go.

Because each client we work with has different aspects of their messaging and marketing developed and different business goals, we structure the work in phases:

PHASE 1: Assess + Strategize

The work begins with an audit of your current brand messaging, design, tech, and conversion metrics across your existing website and other marketing materials to identify your strengths, gaps, and priority issues. We’ll help you set benchmarks and identify preliminary metrics for success.

If you’ve been held up by a technical snag or you’re currently running ads that aren’t converting we’ll address those urgent issues first so you can move on to the more important ones.

By the end of phase 1 you’ll know:

  • exactly what you have that’s working and we can build on
  • where the gaps are so we can focus future efforts accordingly
  • where and how to address any serious immediate cash or client leaks
  • the path forward that supports your vision and values

PHASE 2: Fill in the Gaps

Most likely you’ve already created valuable offers and assets—anything from a program or service you’re currently running to books and courses to lead magnets—yet more elements are needed to bringing it all together. Our goal is to help you build on what you’ve got, not scrap it all for some one else’s vision.

By the end of phase 3 you will:

  • experience greater efficiencies in internal workflows leading to improved profit margins and more time to work on other areas of your business

CAA is not a course with coaching as an add-on. There is not a predetermined pace or path through the curriculum. There’s no “always feeling behind” or “keeping up with the Joneses.”

Instead CAA is a program that offers a flexible structure for systematically identifying gaps, priorities, and projects as they relate to your vision and goals for your business growth.

You get customized strategic brand coaching, copywriting, and marketing mentorship through a hybrid of private and peer support. This is hands-on help where we get to really know your business and consequently can offer meaningful, specific direction.

A valuable and important piece of the program—and frankly one of our favorite ways to give clients individualized support—is through private, as-you-need-it content reviews and copyediting. A review is usually provided within 48 business hours and often captured as a video (we use an app called Loom) so you can understand the rationale behind recommendations and consequently improve your application of key messaging, design, and marketing principles.

Any time during the program you can post whatever you’re working on for review and feedback such as writing exercises, content outlines, sales copy, emails campaigns, website pages, ads, social posts, articles, product content, and proposals. There are no restrictions on how frequently you can post content for input or what qualifies for a review request. Basically if it has to do with brand communications, we want to ensure you have help when and where you need it.

Revenue Roadmap – for kick-off a 90-min 1:1 session to get you focused on your messaging priorities and outline your personalized client attraction strategy.
