To do this, we’ll solve the three biggest problems that stop established service-based professionals from hitting consistent revenue with great-fit clients:

  1. a mixed-bag audience with few buyers—you’ve got people, but not enough taking action

  2. services/programs that don’t get a ‘yes’ from ideal prospects—too many questions and too much ghosting 

  3. a sales process that feels clunky and inconsistent—a lot of hit-or-miss with sales convos, proposals, and the overall pipeline 

 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Gameplan + Go (Week 1) 

The work begins with an audit of your current brand messaging, design, tech, and conversion efforts across your existing website and other marketing materials to identify your strengths, gaps, and priority issues. Most likely you’ve already created valuable resources and assets—anything from a program or service you’re currently running to books and courses to lead magnets. At the same time more elements are likely needed to bring it all together. 

Together, we’ll decide which projects and deliverables are needed to hit your goals in the next 90 days. We’ll also help you set benchmarks and identify preliminary metrics for success. By the end of Step 1 you’ll know…

  • what’s working and can be built upon 

  • where the gaps are so we can focus future efforts

  • how to address any immediate cash or client leaks

  • the path forward that supports your vision and values

This step repeats approx. every 6-8 weeks to ensure current activities align to your goals and gameplan for any new challenges and opportunities.

STEP 2: Ramp Up Revenue (first 90 days)

Hitting $20k+ per month on a consistent basis requires building systems, ironing out workflows, and narrowing efforts to a reliable core set of client attraction and conversion activities. This is an exciting process! While we’re helping you lay the groundwork for long-term sustainable cashflow, we’ll help you mine the gold among your current audience, client roster, and network. 

What we identify as your best opportunities for near-term cash injection will be specific to your business situation. This might look like a direct email outreach campaign, increasing pricing or scope on proposals in process, running a customer creation event, or tweaking a current offer for warm leads. By the end of Step 2 you will…

  • have generated an additional $5k-$10k

  • be attracting and nurturing high-intent prospects through email

  • be (re)aligning your message to your market

  • experience new degrees of clarity as things start to “click” together

  • be tracking your key metrics so you have the data to make better decisions

STEP 3: Adjust + Amplify (ongoing)

When things are in motion, we get feedback which tells us how to adjust direction and what strategies to leverage. This step is about refinement to grow your visibility, your impact, your revenue, and your time freedom. Through Step 3 you will…

PRIVATE STRATEGY SESSIONS – For kick-off you’ll have a 90-min 1:1 session with me to get you to map messaging and marketing priorities to your business vision. We’ll identify your proximity to the money within existing and upcoming opportunities and create an action plan. From there I’ll direct you to the corresponding educational content and tools that will assist you in your next steps. Approximately every 6-8 weeks you’ll have another 1:1 session to gameplan your messaging and marketing projects to hit your business growth goals.

PERSONALIZED, AS-YOU-NEED-IT CONTENT REVIEWS + COPYEDITING Any time during the program you can post what you’re working on for my review and feedback. This includes: writing exercises, content outlines, sales page copy, emails campaigns, website content and pages, ads, social posts, articles, product content, proposals, etc. There are no restrictions on how frequently you can post your work for input or what qualifies for a review request. OUR APPROACH

Hands-on + High-touch

Message To Money is not a course with coaching as an add-on. There is not a predetermined pace or path through the curriculum. There’s no “always feeling behind” or “keeping up with the Joneses.” We are also not going to:  

  • Shoe-horn your business into a predetermined cookie-cutter marketing strategy that’s inappropriate for your type of business and your style (You tried that already, right? And?)

  • Make you watch hours of videos and do a bunch of “course” stuff (Oh geez, more content to consume is the last thing you need right now.)

  • Leave you to fend for yourself in sea of tiny squares on a Zoom screen or a convoluted FB group feed (You’re beyond this type of “support.”)

  • Pull a bait-n-switch where someone else besides me “coaches” you once you’re enrolled (Uh, yeah no—that’s just a crappy thing for everyone.)  

Instead we offer a flexible structure for systematically identifying gaps, priorities, and projects as they relate to your vision and goals for your business growth. This is hands-on help where we get to really know your business and consequently can offer meaningful, specific direction and implementation support.

THE COMMITMENT + INVESTMENT

Message To Money is a 12-month program. However, 12 months might seem like a long time at the outset so we have a Love It or Leave It policy for the first 3 months. 

If after 90 days you don’t feel like you’re getting what you need and MTM is not the place for you, you’ll be free to end the engagement. (The same goes for us, if we determine you’d be better served in another way or by someone else.) Three months is a good initial time period to test the waters working with each other and get some traction. 

If everything is going great, then we’ll continue working together to address your most pressing messaging and marketing challenges as we build the client journey to sustainable revenue growth for your business. 

Two payment options—you choose which works best for you: 

  1. Installment plan = 12 x $950

  2. One-time pay = $9500
